I am so grateful to Shonni, who mentioned on her blog on Thursday, that she was going to the Empowered to Connect conference in Denver.
Wow!
It was so good.
If you have adopted children (or are thinking of adopting children) and have the opportunity to hear Karen Purvis speak, definitely do it. She was w.o.n.d.e.r.f.u.l.
Wish I had heard some of this stuff 10 years ago,
but am incredibly grateful that I'm learning it now.
I'll share some highlights in the next couple of posts.

It was so wonderful meeting you in person Sarah. I was so encouraged by this conference!!! Looking forward with hope to the next few weeks as Steve and I begin our journey to helping our children heal!!!

I was SO hoping to be able to get to this conference but time and money got in the way. :( Very glad that you were able to go and glean great info. I love the resources they make available on their website. Praying perhaps I can attend the Nashville conference. Wouldv'e been great to meet you in Denver too. :)
