and I'm not a photographer either.
In fact, some of my most impatient parenting moments have come when I've tried to take a great photo of my kids...for friends and relatives to see how wonderful we're all doing!
(ahem...something not quite right here)
So, this year, I decided to get the Christmas photo done early.
In fact, I'm planning on sending them out for Thanksgiving!
And, to my great relief, I was much more patient than I have been in the past.
(part of that is probably that I've given up on perfection)
But now, I need you help.
Which one would you choose?
number 1
number 2
number 3
number 4
number 5
number 6
Thanks so much for your help!

I like number 1. :-)
#2 is my favorite!!! But, I'm partial to all the models so any one would do! :)
I like #1 & #5 the most, but I think #1 is my favorite! Great pictures of the kiddies. I'm hoping to get our family pics done a few weeks after Sami's surgery.
Sarah, I think these are GREAT pictures!
I know what you mean about taking family photos-- by the bitter end I'm usually saying things like, "Smile... or else!" haha
I really like number 1-- the kids all look great and I love the red fence and leaves. Perfect! :)
Hi Sarah...I like number 1. All the
kids are looking at the camera. They
all look alert and smiling. And being
the dog lover that I am, I love that
the Spaniel has a front head shot in
the pic. The other doggy not as much,
but all others factors overwhelm that
doggy 2 is not looking at the camera.
I agree the background and leaves are
a great added bonus. mm, vancouver,wa.
I like #1 the best! I loved it right away- although they are all great- I just got a good feeling when I saw #1!
Family photos are my stressor, too! I was so nervous for Emma and Ellie's baptism- and not because of the baptism but because I knew I would use one of the family photos for our Christmas picture!!
Those are all beautiful photos, but I especially like #2 because the kids are laughing and it includes the dogs. :-)
The old "perfectionist" me would have quickly picked number one, as the "perfect picture". The new "real life" me, LOVES number two . . . Grace's tipped back in laughter face . . . the other kids marvelous (giggling) smiles. Number two oozes joy-- I love that!
Good job on covering up the stress factor Sarah--you non-rock star, wine sippin' photographer mama!
Oh, and I love the red background, the leaves, and Grace's bare toes--so sweet!
Blessings to you!
Tina
#2 is my favorite...I love the expressive faces. Most especially Grace's laughter...you have to pick this one!!!
I love the laughter on number 2 and number 6 is more typical but there are no dogs!
#2 or #3 for sure! The pure innocent joy pouring out of your precious little ones is contagious!! You have an amazing family but I know I don'y have to tell you that!!
